I am a Los Angeles based endurance sports athlete, and this is my life in Los Angeles. I share with you how I went from a volleyball player to runner. How I survived domestic violence. How I went from being out of shape and overweight, to getting fit and losing ninety (90) pounds. Most importantly, you will get to know who I am, and the many hats I wear daily: the mom hat, the law student hat, hats for my jobs, and when I get to take off all the hats and let loose on a run or at the gym.
I am not perfect, I am still a work in progress, I worked hard to get to where I am, and I continue that hard work to get to where I want to be. You will learn all about, my races, training, the sports I’m involved in, nutrition, my travels, and fitness.
This is my journey, and I invite you to come along.
My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.
